  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • pinch of salt


  • Preheat oven to 350º
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and cocoa together, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, add butter-cocoa mixture and whisk in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Add dry ingredient mixture. Stir until combined.
  • Pour into pre-greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Brownies will be gooey on the inside. Allow to cool before cutting into squares...or hearts!
  • Serve along with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream drizzled with a flavor-infused balsamic like our Pomegranate White Balsamic or Strawberry Dark Balsamic ...yum! Not feeling adventurous? Skip the ice cream and drizzle Wildflower Honey right over the chocolate chewy goodness!
