PROMOTION DETAILS

All promotional sales are final. Must use promo code to qualify for discount. While supplies last; rain checks not available. Does not apply to previous orders placed more than 24 hours prior to promo launch. Offers cannot be combined.

SHIPPING / ORDER PICKUP

  • Local pick-up is always free. When ordering for pickup, you will be contacted at the email address provided when your order is ready.
  • You will have 14 days from notification to pick up your order. If your order isn’t picked up within 14 days, Sonoma Harvest will cancel your order and issue a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee, to youR original form of payment.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

We are unable to adjust any portion of an order, including shipping address, after an order has been placed. Please review your personal information before submitting. If you would like to make an adjustment, contact [email protected] within 24 hours and your order will be cancelled so that you may place a new order, so long as it has not yet been processed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed online are eligible for cancellation up to 24 hours after ordering. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellations due to the packing process already being underway.

To make a cancellation, simply reply to the order confirmation email you received after placing your order or email [email protected] with your name, shipping address, & order number.

RETURNS

We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate returns. If there is a quality issue with your product, please contact our team for an exchange.

GIVEAWAYS

Giveaways and Raffles are open to US residents only. Must be 18 or over. Winners are notified via email unless otherwise stated in giveaway details. Notifications of winners may go to SPAM folders. Giveaway prizes will always exclude wine. Giveaway prizes will always receive free shipping.
