WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days and are typically received within 7-10 business days from ordering, depending on shipping method selected at checkout. Emails containing tracking numbers will be sent directly to you from FedEx. If you have questions or concerns about the status of your order, please reply directly to the email with your order confirmation or by emailing [email protected] directly. 

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

shipping to a P.O. Box is limited. Please email [email protected] to make arrangements. 

DO YOU SHIP TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE US?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US

HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Orders over $50* automatically receive the option for free shipping. You will need to choose the free shipping option at checkout. Curbside pickup is also available for local customers.

Free shipping is restricted to the contiguous United States. We are not able to offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping does not apply to wine. If your order is over $50 and includes wine, shipping charges will apply to the wine portion of your order.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders placed online are eligible for cancellation up to 24 hours after ordering. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellations due to the packing process already being underway. To make a cancellation, simply reply to the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

At the time of ordering, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from [email protected] that contains your tracking number. Please add this address to your safe senders list to avoid it being filtered to your SPAM folder. If you are unable to find the email, please send a message to [email protected].
