Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole wheat pita
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 1/4 cup chopped baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup marinated garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tabbouleh
  • 2 tbsp Crunchy Onion Kick

Garbanzo Bean Marinade

Instructions
 

  • Spread hummus evenly over whole wheat pita. Layer tabbouleh (we love the Trader Joe's Cauliflower Tabbouleh), chopped baby spinach, and marinated garbanzo beans.
  • Top pizza with Crunchy Onion Kick to really maximize your flavor! Enjoy as a meal or cut into slices to serve as an appetizer.

Garbanzo Bean Marinade

  • In a small bowl add garbanzo beans, Roasted Garlic Olive Oil, oregano, parsley, and sea salt to taste. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. To skip this step, you can always purchase pre-marinated garbanzo beans!
