D’Anjou Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

D’ Anjou pears are thought to have originated in Belgium and they are named after the Anjou in France. The variety was introduced to England early in the 19th century. The soft, sweet pear flavor is accented by the slightly acidic and sweet balsamic vinegar. This blend is perfect as a drizzle over poached pears or flakey pastry. Try it drizzled over sliced avocado on an english muffin for breakfast- YUMMMM!!
