Summer Salad: Island Style

During a recent trip to Maui with family, I was in charge of putting together a salad for a group of 13 people. I decided to take full advantage of all the fresh vibrant fruits the island has to offer. Figuring if I used some Sonoma Harvest products in the salad I would just about knock everyone socks off, I grabbed the two bottles I had stashed in my checked bag: Coconut White Balsamic and Lime Olive oil. The end result was a sweet and refreshing salad that paired wonderfully with the fresh produce and was a big hit with the gang. Check out the recipe below, try it out and let us know what you think!
